Employee Tags

Employee tags are now available, allowing customers to organise employees into defined groups and easily filter schedules and timesheets to view only those employees.

How to create an Employee Tag

  1. Go to the Configuration Portal which is on the top of the page (The Cog Icon next to the Question mark)

  2. Go to the Tags Square.

  3. Click on the Blue Create Button.

  4. Select the Name, Colour, Tag Type.

  5. There will be a drop down menu when you click on Tag Type.

  6. Select Employee Tag.

  7. Click the Blue Create Button to save your changes.

Once created, this can be assigned to employees in the Tags Tab in Employee details:

Scheduling and Timesheets can then be filtered to show only employees that have the selected tags assigned:
