I can't see upcoming events in the calendar

If you click into the calendar in the monitor portal and no upcoming events appear, there may be two potential mistakes causing the empty calendar:

Your asset has no data

If you are adding an asset or entity to the calendar, make sure it is populated with data. For example, if an asset's last checked date is empty, the system cannot automatically calculate the next check date or display it on the calendar.

To resolve this issue, you need to add the required information to the relevant asset.

Relevant properties haven't been attached

When building a calendar, monitored properties must be linked to it. To check if any relevant properties are missing, go to the issued calendar in the configure portal and click on Properties to see if any properties have not been attached.
