If you can't see the fridges in the temperature check, or fire extinguishers in the fire safety check, there could be three potential issues causing the asset form to be empty:
1. The properties aren't linked
After creating the Asset Group Properties section, double-check that the properties are properly linked. If they’re not, the system won’t know which assets to display.
You can fix the issue with these steps:
2. Locations are misaligned
When creating a check, a mismatch in the completion level will prevent the system from pulling the assets into the check.
For example, if the assets are assigned to the Kitchen level but the check is set to be completed at the Site level, the completion levels do not match. As a result, the system will not capture or display the assets in the form.
To resolve this, either recreate the check with the correct completion level or reassign the assets to the appropriate location.
3. Assets are unavailable
When assets are in unavailable status, they will not be displayed in the check.
In this case, please reactivate the assets if needed.
