Actions are tasks or operations that need to be completed to keep the organisation running smoothly. They may be created in response to issues identified through workflows or reported directly by users.
How to add an action in the Monitor Portal
When an issue occurs at a site, you can create an action and notify the responsible team to address and resolve it.
Open the 9-dot waffle menu in the top left corner in the monitor portal.
Select Actions, and you’ll see a list of actions.
Click on the + Add button.
Add a description of the issue, then select the appropriate action plan, location, and department to ensure the task is directed to the right team. Once it is done, click Continue.
You can choose to review the action event details after creating the action and add a comment if needed. Then click Create.
Once it is created, you can see the action appears in the list.
