What is a maintenance request
A maintenance request is a formal application submitted by a user to report an issue that requires repair, servicing, or upkeep. It is typically directed to a maintenance team, property manager, or facility management department.
When a maintenance request is submitted, it will be processed and actions will be taken to resolve the issue.
How to complete a maintenance request
Open the 9-dot waffle menu in the top left corner in the monitor portal.
Select Maintenance Requests, and you’ll see a list of requests.
Select the request you need to process and resolve from the list.
Click In Progress to begin working on the selected issue. The status of the request will automatically update to In Progress.
You can also add actions if applicable.
Once the request is resolved, you can select Close(Resolved) to close the request.
You can reopen the closed request by selecting Reopen.
