By setting up a trigger event "On Contractor Assigned", contractors will receive email notifications when jobs are assigned to them.
Before setting up this trigger event, please ensure that contractors have been added to the system and that their associated information, including email addresses, is complete and accurate.

Go to the Configure Portal via the 3 dots.
Select Requests in the left-hand side bar.
Locate and select the desired request.
Head over to the Triggers tab and click Add Trigger.
Select the trigger event "On Contractor Assigned" and choose "Send Email".
There are two email template options. We recommend using the "Standard Form Content" option, which includes both the questions and their corresponding answers. The "Notification Content" option sends only a brief message to notify the contractor of the job assignment, without additional details.
Choose "Send email to Contractor" and add additional recipients if applicable.
Click Save.
Once it has been set up, the contractor will receive email notification when a job is assigned to them.
