If you’re unable to access certain reports, please check whether the role permission listed below has been enabled.
Role permission
Roles define which portals and areas of Logit the user can access.
Navigate to the Roles section and select your role.
Head over to the Report Portal tab.
Check whether the right access has been enabled. If not, turn it on and save the change.
Departments
Department is a specific division within an organisation, defining the people working in the same business function. Users must be assigned the relevant department to access their reports.
For example, if you cannot see the kitchen check report, please go to the Users section, select your user account, and check if the kitchen department is assigned to your user.
Locations
You can only view the reports for the locations that you have access to.
If you cannot see specific locations in the location filter, please go to the Users section, select your user account, and check if the missing location is attached to your user.
