Gradings can be used to mark a completed form with a specific grade based on the final score.

To add gradings, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the audit that you wish to add gradings.

  2. Head over to the Gradings section.

  3. Click Add Grading.

  4. Name the grading and set the range.

  5. Click Save.

💡Please note

  • To enable the system to assign gradings to all the completed audits without missing any, the defined limits must fully cover all possible score and percentage ranges.

How to add forced grades to an audit

Forced grades can be used to apply a grading based on a question answer, overriding score / percentage parameters. in a food safety audit, if the response to the question "High risk foods stored below 8˚C or -15˚C (best practice 5˚C / -22˚C) / temp records available?" is No, then the entire audit receives a fail grade automatically.

To add forced grades, here are the steps:

  1. Go to the audit that you wish to add forced grades.

  2. Head over to the Gradings section.

  3. Click Add Foreced Grade.

  4. Select the question and set up the forced grade.
