When a guest reports an incident, the manager may need to keep them updated on its progress via email. Ideally, an email would be sent automatically once the issue is resolved.
The good news is that this feature is available on Logit.
Here are the steps to set this up:
Navigate to the Configure Portal.
Go to Form Library and edit the required form.
Select Email question type and add the question.
Once the form is published, go to the Triggers section to set up email notifications. Here we're deciding to email the guest when the issue is resolved.
Select the event and email activity.
Choose to notify people using email question response.
Create the email subject if applicable.
Select the email question.
