How to enable responsibilities to control access

Responsibilities allow you to control who can access and interact with risk assessments. You can enable this setting in Risk Assessment in Organisation Settings.

Responsibility types for risk assessments

When setting up a risk assessment, you can assign the following responsibilities:

Manager Responsibility

Users with Manager responsibility can:

  • Adopt a location risk assessment

  • Manage and update the risk assessment

This role is intended for users who are responsible for maintaining and overseeing risk assessments.

Monitor Responsibility

Users with Monitor responsibility can:

  • View risk assessments

  • Acknowledge risk assessments

This role is typically used for users who need visibility but do not need to make changes.

⚠️Important Notes

  • Users with Manager responsibility must also have access to the Configure portal. If they do not have this access, they will not be able to adopt the risk assessment.
