Getting started with Logit checks

Updated over 4 months ago

Getting started with Logits checks is very simple, follow this quick tutorial to begin.

What is a check

A check is a way to make your form accessible to team members, allowing them to complete it either on a set schedule or on demand.

How to complete a check

  1. Open the 9-dot waffle menu in the top left corner in the monitor portal.

  2. Select Checks, and you’ll now see the list of checks that need to be completed today within the scheduled time.

  3. Select the required check to open it directly for completion.

  4. Once you complete the check, a green Submit button will appear at the bottom, allowing you to submit the check.

  5. If you only see a View Issues button, it means there are issues that need to be addressed before submission. In this case, click the View Issues button, select the issue, and you will be directed to the question where you should complete the answer, add a comment, or attach media.

⚠️Once a check is submitted, it cannot be reopened!

How to leave comments and attach photos

Once the comment and media attachment settings are enabled, your team will be able to add comments or attach files to the check.

  1. To add a comment, click the speech bubble icon, type the comment in the comment box, and then click the save icon.

  2. To upload relevant photos or files, click the media icon, select the desired photos/files, and they will be uploaded and attached to the check.

How to filter checks

  1. Click on the Filter button and choose the criteria you want to filter by, such as location, department, topics or responsibilities. You can also use keywords to search for a specific check.

  2. You can use the icons on the tile to filter and display the checks you want to view. Simply click on the relevant icon to show the checks that match your selection.

How to add a check on demand

You can add checks on demand.

  1. Select the +Add button.

  2. Select the required check and assigned location, set the start and end times, and then click Create.

  3. Then you will see the new added check.

How to reset a check

If you want to erase the input answers for a fresh start, simply reset the check.

  1. Select the required check.

  2. Click on the cog icon in the top right corner, and select Reset.

  3. Then the check will be reset.
