Configuration of form settings

Adding the settings to allow comments and media to checks, audits, records, requests, and logbooks

While creating questions within a form, you will be prompted to add validations. These validations can be linked to settings that request additional details, such as a picture, video, or comment.

It is important to assign the settings before using the validation error.

  1. Open Form Library in the configure portal.

  2. Click Edit on the relevant form and go to Settings.

  3. Use the drop-down box and choose from the following options.

  4. Click Save Setting.

Creates a link at the bottom of the form with the option to add comments and media which relate to the entire form.

Section

Creates a link at the bottom of each section with the option to add comments and media which relate to the questions within 1 given section.

Question

Creates a link on each question with the option to add comments and media which relate only to that question.

On Validation Error

Promoted to complete an incorrect answer before Submit displays.

Needs to be added before Submit displays.

  • You can activate a trigger to notify when a comment is added to a completed event. This is helpful for providing additional information related to requests and actions.
