What is an audit
An audit involves reviewing and analysing records, processes, or systems to ensure they meet required standards or perform as expected.
How to complete an audit
Open the 9-dot waffle menu in the top left corner in the monitor portal. Select Audits, and you’ll see the list of scheduled audits.
Select the required audit to open it directly for completion.
The total score appears in the audit tile, and the score of a single section is shown in the top right corner.
Once you complete the audit, a green Submit button will appear at the bottom, allowing you to submit the audit.
If you only see a View Issues button, it means there are issues that need to be addressed before submission. In this case, click the View Issues button, select the issue, and you will be directed to the question where you should complete the answer, add a comment, or attach media.
⚠️Once an audit is submitted, it cannot be reopened!
How to add an audit on demand
Audits can be created on demand.
Select the +Add button.
Select the required audit and assigned location, set the start and end times, and then click Create.
Then you will see the new added check.
How to leave comments and attach photos
Once the comment and media attachment settings are enabled, your team will be able to add comments or attach files to the audit.
To add a comment, click the speech bubble icon, type the comment in the comment box, and then click the save icon.
To upload relevant photos or files, click the media icon, select the desired photos/files, and they will be uploaded and attached to the check.
How to filter audits
Click on the Filter button and choose the criteria you want to filter by, such as location, department, topics or responsibilities. You can also use keywords to search for a specific audit.
You can use the icons on the tile to filter and display the audits you want to view. Simply click on the relevant icon to show the audits that match your selection.
How to reset an audit
If you want to erase the input answers for a fresh start, simply reset the audit.
Select the required audit.
Click on the cog icon in the top right corner, and select Reset.
Then the audit will be reset.
