Updated over 5 months ago

Imagine your teams are working through a series of checks and audits. As they progress, they may encounter challenges or need additional support to ensure everything is completed correctly. In these cases, it is important for them to raise a request for assistance.

How to link a request to a check/audit

  1. Go to the Form Library, open the relevant form, and click Request tab.

  2. Define the mandatory fields.

    • Show Optional Requests: Indicates when the request can be raised.

    • Request Location: Specifies the location to be used for the request.

    • Allowed Requests: Determines whether the team can raise any requests or only predefined ones.

  3. The form settings determine where the Request icon is displayed: on the form, section, or question.

How to raise a request within a check/audit

Your team can click on the location of the problem and submit a request for assistance. Once the request is submitted, they can return to their original task and continue from where they left off. All raised requests will be displayed on the form for later review or linking.

Upon selecting the Request icon, your team will be directed to the request page, where they can choose from available requests or decide not to raise any.

After submitting the request, your team will be returned to the page, where they can add more requests if needed, with a count of how many have been raised.
