What is a Request Export report

The Request Export Report allows you to export all request-related questions, answers, and available comments. This report is especially useful for management, providing a detailed view of all raised incidents. It helps identify common trends, required actions, and highlights all critical request details for deeper insight and analysis.

How to download a Request Export report

  1. Go to Request Export in the reporting portal.

  2. Filter the report by time range, request type, requests, priorities, and locations for a more tailored view, and click Download.

Once downloaded, the Excel file contains 3 tabs:

  • Events: This tab provides high-level information on all requests that have been raised, including a direct link to each request in the Monitor Portal. Each request is assigned a unique ID, and each row represents an individual request.

  • Answers: This tab contains all the detailed data entered for every request. To focus on a specific request, you can apply a filter in Column A to display only one Request ID at a time for easier viewing.

  • Comments: This tab shows any additional comments added to a request after its initial submission.

Did you know...?

  • You can schedule the reports and send them to the relevant team members via email.

  • You can create a favourite report to save a report with specific filters, amalgamations, and date ranges applied, allowing easy access without needing to reapply the filters each time you run the report.
