How driver dispatch texts work (using Truckbase without the app)
As a driver you won’t need to dispatch loads, but here’s context about how a dispatcher sends you a load
After creating a load, the dispatcher is prompted to send a dispatch text to the driver assigned to the trip
After the dispatcher clicks Share, the driver will receive a dispatch text with load info.
Alternatively, dispatchers can click the three dots on a load ፧, click Send to driver, and then click Share to send the dispatch text.
The driver receives a text (or an email) with load information.
Drivers click the link to see the load info.

Go the trip page
At each stop on the route, click Add Signature.
A window will pop up asking for the signature.
Ask the point of contact at the stop (e.g., a warehouse receiver or a site manager) to sign their name with their finger.
This signature verifies that the stop was completed per the BOL.
After getting the signature, click Submit to save it.
How to view signatures
To view a signature, click the signature icon next to a stop.
You’ll see the signature as well as the name of the person who signed with a timestamp.
