Driver dispatch improvements (Video) - Early access only
The driver dispatch option has been enhanced to enable SMS and email dispatch at the same time. Trip attachments can be attached via email directly while dispatching (e.g. trip manifest or uploaded documents such as permits).
Your default settings (e.g., text versus email document types to auto-attach, etc.) can be managed in App settings > Driver & Dispatch.

💡Tip: Email attachments are helpful for offline access to the trip manifest or permits if a driver is unable to load the app due to cell service.
Carrier dispatch on brokered loads (Video) - Early access only
When brokering out loads to third-party carriers, the send to carrier option now allows you to send a Dispatch + Rate Confirmation to the carrier via email or text, similarly to dispatching your own drivers.
Rate confirmations can be generated and previewed while sending the email to the carrier.
When assigning both a carrier and a driver to a trip on a broker load, you can choose to dispatch the driver, the carrier, or both.

New location manager to edit pins (Video)
We've updated the address/location creation flow to allow for reviewing/editing pins or coordinates for custom location or non-geocoded locations. This review is available for both Trimble Maps and Google Maps.

💡Tip: This is helpful if you have an address that is missing a geocoded location or if you have a pickup/delivery at custom coordinates.
Global rate tables (Video)
Rate tables can now be created and managed globally versus solely at a customer level. If you had a standard rate structure for different types of equipment or standard rate sheets based on the number of items or drops, you can now configure global rate tables in addition to customer-specific rate tables.
To enable, you need to have Rate Tables enabled in App Settings. Then, you can manage global rate tables on Invoices > Rate Tables.
Driver settlement settings (Video)
We've added multiple settings for configuring how trips get assigned to settlements and how expenses/fuel get assigned to settlements.
Settlement Pay Date - Trips now have a new field for setting which date is used to apply it to a settlement. The default is the trip delivery date, but this can be overridden for a given trip to a custom date or the pickup date. Setting the default to pickup/delivery/custom can be managed in App settings > Settlements.
Fuel and Expense assignment - By default, fuel transactions and expenses are assigned to settlements based on the fuel transaction date and the expense date. Now you can choose to associate expenses and fuel to settlements based on the trip. To adjust the setting, please go to App settings > Settlements.
💡Tip: To speed up your OO pay workflow, you can now search for all field transactions that are (or not) on a settlement in your fuel table and create a Saved View for weekly fuel transactions that need trip/settlement assignment.
Equipment Configurations on Quotes
Trailer combinations and equipment configurations can now be selected and defined while building quotes. This is particularly helpful for oversized load that will require a specific piece of equipment, so you can confirm the overall dimensions and equipment assignment while quoting.
To use this feature, you'll need both Quotes and Equipment Configurations activated on your account.

Trip Assistant: Geofencing - Early access only
Early access to geo-fencing is now available via Truckbase's Trip Assistant. The Trip Assistant auto-arrives and auto-delivers stops based on connected ELD devices for in-transit trips.
Upcoming enhancements to Trip Assistant include Dynamic ETAs, Late trip warnings, and Detention warnings.
