Truckbase Driver Checklist

Simple Truckbase checklist for drivers

Follow these simple steps to use Truckbase:

  1. Open your load

    Tap the link in the text message sent by your dispatcher.

  2. Review load details

    Check the map, stops, addresses, dates, times, and pickup/delivery numbers. (Contact your dispatcher if something seems wrong with the load.)

  3. Open navigation if needed

    Tap the location name to open it in Google Maps.

  4. Review trip notes and equipment

    Check notes, truck, and trailer details before starting.

  5. Mark Stop 1 as En Route

    Tap Mark as En Route when you begin driving to the stop.

  6. Mark Stop 1 as Arrived

    Tap Mark as Arrived when you reach the stop.

  7. Mark Stop 1 as Completed

    Tap Mark as Completed after loading or unloading is finished.

  8. Repeat for each stop

    Follow the same En Route, Arrived, and Completed steps for every stop.

  9. Upload documents or photos

    Tap Upload Docs or Photos to add BOLs, PODs, or other files.

  10. Check attachments

    Open the Attachments tab to confirm your upload was successful.

  11. Send notes if needed

    Open the Notes tab, type your message, and tap Send.

  12. Sign in to view all loads (optional)

    Log in to the Truckbase app to see all dispatched, in-transit, and delivered loads.

  13. Contact dispatcher if you cannot log in

    Reach out to your dispatcher for account help.

  14. Use support resources if needed

    Watch the driver training video, visit the Truckbase knowledge base or contact support@truckbase.com for help.
