2. New App Settings (Video)
Customize your workflows with three new settings added to the App Settings.
Enable the Display order attachments for customers setting for customers to view all order attachments uploaded by you or your drivers.
Display the customer order number on each trip within driver settlement PDFs.
Control how tags are managed independently on orders and trips.
When to Use Separate Tag Management:
Use the LTL Module? We highly recommend enabling the separate tag display setting to manage tags independently on orders and trips. This allows for better organization and tracking of local trips, specific regions, and other other specific workflows that are common for your operation.
Often split loads? If you frequently handle split loads and use tags, enabling separate tag management will help you distinguish between different segments of a trip and create saved views.
Note: Be sure to update any saved views that utilize the tags filter to reflect the separate tags on the order and trip.
We’ve repositioned where tags are being added:
Order statuses have been moved back to the header level, ensuring they are prominently displayed at the top of the order and trip overlay pages.
Tags have been moved right above where the customer name appears in the overview section on the order & trip overlay page, making them easily accessible for quick additions.
Coming Soon: The ability to add tags directly when creating or editing an order/trip.
3. Support Widget Moved (Video)
4. Expanded LTL Module Capabilities - Enterprise Tier (Video)
If you use the LTL module, you'll now have greater flexibility in consolidating orders.
Previously limited to the Uncovered Orders tab, you can now consolidate orders on the All Orders tab and any of your saved custom views on the Orders table.
That wraps up this week’s release! If you have any questions or feedback on these new features, please feel free to reach out to our support team.
