Truckbase Product Update - 01.09.2025

Updated over a year ago

Happy New Year! We’re thrilled to kick off 2025 with our first product update of the year. This release introduces the ability to bulk accept EDI orders, multi-select on filters, customize invoice and notification settings at a customer level, and allow drivers to edit mileage on trips.

1. Bulk Accept EDI Orders

  • If you use Truckbase EDI, you can now bulk accept up to 25 orders, without the need to accept each one individually.

2. Enhanced Multi-Select Filters (Video)

  • Better your views with multi-select filters across the Orders and Dispatch sections.

  • Supported Filters:

    • Order #

    • Customer Order #

    • Trip #

    • Driver

    • Trailer

    • Truck

    • Pickup Location

    • Delivery Location

    • Carrier

    • Division

  • For Pickup Location and Delivery Location filters, it works best to multi-select within the same structure type (e.g., multiple states or multiple cities) to ensure accurate filtering.

How can I use multi-select filters?

  • If your team operates in specific regions, you can multi-select states or cities in the Pickup Location or Delivery Location filters and create saved views for your team to quickly access.

  • If you have different dispatch teams that are responsible for certain trucks or drivers, use multi-select filters to create custom saved views.

  • Searching for a handful of specific orders? User the Order # or Customer Order # to filter for those specific orders.

3. New Customer Profile Page (Video)

  • You can now customize invoice settings and order notifications at the customer level.

    • Set default payment terms and add additional invoice recipients.

    • Override global settings, choose default notification recipients, and specify additional recipients to be cc'd on notification emails.

4. Allow Drivers to Update Mileage on Trips (Video)

  • Under the Driver tab in App settings, enable new setting so drivers can edit empty and loaded miles on trips they are assigned to.

That wraps up our first release of 2025! We’re excited to continue supporting your growth and success this year. If you have any questions or feedback on these new features, please feel free to reach out to our support team.
