Step 1: Check ELD Compatibility

Before you can integrate your ELD with Truckbase, you'll need to confirm compatibility.

Once confirmed, our team will initiate the integration and provide setup instructions.

  2. Locate the truck you’d like to connect and click the three dots (•••).

  3. Select Edit.

  4. Click Continue to access the ELD section.

  5. Choose your ELD provider (e.g., Motive Connection).

  6. Select the ELD asset ID that matches your truck.

  7. Click Save to complete the connection.

Step 3: Link ELD to a Driver and View HOS

To pull in and display Hours of Service data for a driver:

  1. Go to the Team page.

  2. Click the three dots (•••) next to the driver’s name.

  3. Select Edit.

  4. Click Continue to proceed.

  5. Click + ELD Connection.

  6. Select the appropriate ELD provider and the driver’s ELD account.

Once connected, HOS data will be visible in the calendar view on the Dispatch page.
