How to Hide Customer Contact from Drivers

If you prefer that your drivers do not see the customer contact and phone number when dispatching, you can enable or disable this setting.

Steps to Hide Customer Contact

  1. Access Settings

    • As an admin, navigate to Settings from the sidebar menu

  2. Go to App Settings

    • Scroll down to find the setting called Show Customer Contact on Dispatch

  3. Enable or Disable the Setting

By adjusting this setting, you can control whether or not drivers see the customer/broker contact information when they receive dispatch details.
