Enabling Dispatch for Multiple Carriers
Access Settings
As an admin, navigate to Settings from the sidebar menu
Enable the Setting
Go to App Settings
Enable the setting called Dispatch for Multiple Carriers
Adding a Carrier
While Creating or Editing a Load or Trip
Create or Edit a Load or Trip
Go to the Dispatch section where the carrier field is located
Add a New Carrier
Click on the Carrier field to open a dropdown menu
Click the blue button labeled + New Carrier
Enter Carrier Details
Save the Carrier
From the Companies Page
Navigate to the Companies Page
From the sidebar navigation menu, click on Companies
Click on the Carriers tab at the header
Add a New Carrier
Click the + New Carrier button at the top right corner
The New Carrier modal will appear
Enter Carrier Details
Save the Carrier
