Locate the Order
- Find the order you want to email. This can be done from various places where order information is displayed, such as the Order Overlay or the Orders Table
Access the Email Order Info Modal
- Click on the three dots menu next to the order, this can be accessed from the Order Details Overlay or directly from the Orders Table
- Select Email Load Info from the dropdown menu
Enter Email Details
- In the Email Order Info modal, enter the email address of the recipient
- Update the subject and body of the email as needed
- Attach any relevant documents, such as proof of delivery or other attachments, by selecting them from your files
Send the Email
- Click send.
- You partner will receive an email containing:
  - Load Number
  - Your custom message
  - A secure view link to view the order information

What Your Partner Sees

When they open the email, they’ll see your message and a link to the shared load.
Clicking the link opens a simplified, read-only view of the load.
- It displays fewer fields than what a Truckbase user sees.
- Visibility can be customized in your settings.

Email address isn’t validating.
Make sure you press Enter after typing the address so it converts into a tag.

Partner didn’t receive the email.
- Have them check spam/junk folders for an email from notifications@truckbase.com. Some companies filter unknown senders.
- Whitelist the sender 'notifications@truckbase.com' in your email client. Sometimes email clients or firewalls block these emails from the sender.
