Creating a Customer
While Creating or Editing a Load/Order
Create or Edit a Load/ Order
Add a New Customer
Click on the Customer field to open dropdown menu
Click the blue button labeled + New Customer
A New Customer modal will appear
Fill in Customer Information
Save the New Customer
After you click Save, another modal will appear asking if you want to create a customer contact
Click Skip if you do not want to add a contact, or fill in the required fields (First and Last Name) to create a customer contact. If you plan on sending email updates, include an email address.
From the Companies Page
Navigate to the Companies Page
From the side navigation menu, click on Companies
This will display a table with a list of all your customers
Add a New Customer
Click the + New Company button at the top right corner
The New Customer modal will appear
Fill in Customer Information
Save the New Customer
After you click Save, another modal will appear asking if you want to create a customer contact
Click Skip if you do not want to add a contact, or fill in the required fields (First and Last Name) to create a customer contact. If you plan on sending email updates, include an email address.
Editing a Customer
While Creating or Editing a Load/Order
Create or Edit a Load/ Order
Find the customer field on the form, and make sure a customer has been selected
Edit Customer Information
Click the three dots menu next to the customer field
Select Edit to update the customer's information
From the Companies Page
Navigate to the Companies Page
From the side navigation menu, click on Companies
Find the customer you want to edit in the customer table
Edit Customer Information
Click the three dots menu next to the customer's row
Select Edit to update the customer's information
