Stop Signature

Updated over a year ago

The Stop Signature feature allows drivers to capture signatures at every stop on their route, ensuring the accuracy and condition of shipments at the time of loading or unloading. This feature helps reduce disputes regarding delivery times and shipment conditions.

How It Works

Capturing a Signature

  1. Accessing the Trip Overlay

    • The trip overlay is where drivers update the status of a trip and where the Signature button is located

  1. Adding a Signature

    • At each stop listed on the route, the driver can click the Add Signature button

    • An Add Signature modal will appear

    • The driver can capture the signature and the name of the authorized representative verifying the shipment's accuracy and condition as per the Bill of Lading (BOL)

    • Once the driver clicks Submit, the signature is captured

Viewing a Signature

  1. Accessing the Signature

    • A small signature icon will appear next to the stop where the signature was captured

    • Click on this icon to view the signature

  2. Viewing the Signature Details

    • The View Signature modal will appear, displaying the signature, the name of the person who signed, and the date and time stamp

  • The BOL is automatically updated with the signature and the date and time stamp
