Editing a location address is restricted when the location is used in more than one load. This restriction prevents data inaccuracies, such as affecting mileage for delivered trips.
Alternative Solutions
Creating a New Location
Add a New Location:
Go to the locations section
Click on Add New Location
Enter the updated address
Save the new location to use it for future loads
Deleting an Old Location
Delete the Inaccurate Location:
Go to the locations section
Find the location you wish to delete
Click on the three dots menu next to the location
Select Delete
Note: Deleting a location does not remove it from past loads where it has been used. It will remain in historical data but will be inactive in your locations directory.
