If you've marked an order as cancelled but need to update its status to either delivered, dispatched, or in transit, follow these simple steps:
Open the Cancelled Order
From the Orders table, locate and click on the order you wish to update. This will open the order overlay.
Navigate to the Trip Tab
Within the order overlay, go to the Trip tab associated with that order. Here, you'll find the trip details and stop information linked to the order.
Update the Trip Status
To change the overall trip status, find the blue button that displays the current trip status. Click on it, and from the dropdown menu, select the new status (e.g., Delivered or In Transit).
Update Specific Stop Statuses (if needed)
If you want to update the status of a specific stop within the trip, locate the stop in the list. Click on the status field for that stop and select the appropriate status from the dropdown menu.
Automatic Order Status Update
Once you have updated the trip or stop statuses, the order status will automatically reflect these changes. You do not need to manually update the order status; it will synchronize based on the trip information.
