We’ve added some great features to make your quoting, tracking, and customer management even easier.
1. Order Quotes (Pro Tier) Beta feature - (Video)
You can now create and manage quotes directly in Truckbase, making it easier to price and track loads before confirming them as full orders.
Why it matters:
If your team regularly bids or sends preliminary pricing to customers, this new Quotes feature helps you organize and convert opportunities faster without double-entry.
How to enable:
Go to Settings → App Settings → Organization → Enable Order Quotes to turn on this feature
What's new:
New Quotes tab: Create, view, and manage all quotes in one place, located between Orders and Inbox
Once a quote is accepted, convert it to a full order with one click
Keep visibility into quote progress with statuses like Sent, Expired, or Declined
Sales rep tracking:
Enable an optional Sales Representative field under Settings → Organization to assign account ownership or sales attribution
Assign Sales Representative to a customer by going to the Customer Profile
Coming soon: The ability to generate quote PDFs, email quotes to customers, and add customizable disclaimers.
2. Activity Log (Pro Tier) Beta feature - (Video)
You can now view a history of key events on your orders and trips, giving you greater visibility into what changed, when, and by whom.
What's new:
You’ll find the Activity Log as a new sub-tab within each Order and Trip overlay
See updates to order details, rates, stops, dispatch info, status changes, and uploaded documents
Order Events
Order created or updated (including division, customer, order #, notes, commodities, and rates)
Route or stop changes (add/remove stops, update locations, times, or contact info)
Status updates (e.g., Dispatched, Delivered)
Documents or photos uploaded
Trip Events
Trip created or updated (dispatch info, driver, carrier, pay, truck/trailer, brokered, payable amount)
Status updates for trip or individual stops (Arrived, Departed, Delivered)
Orders added to or removed from trips
Documents or photos uploaded
View when EDI 214 messages were triggered, such as shipment status updates

3. Division-Level Logos - (Video)
If you operate multiple divisions or business entities under one account, you can now upload unique logos for each division, giving you more flexibility and control over your company’s branding across invoices, emails, and documents.
What's new:
Go to Settings → Organizations, then edit a division to upload a logo
Logos will now appear on emails, invoices, and other generated PDFs for that division
4. Customer Profile Enhancements - (Video)
We’ve expanded the Customer Profile to give you better visibility into customer financials and sales ownership. These updates make it easier to track account health, monitor credit exposure, and manage customer relationships.
What's new:
Outstanding Receivables: Automatically displays the total balance of unpaid invoices that have an invoice status of Created, Sent, or Overdue.
Credit Limit: Set a maximum outstanding balance for each customer.
Payment Method: Record how a customer typically pays (e.g., Wire, ACH, Check, etc.) using the new Credit Terms free-text field for easy reference.
Sales Representative: Assign a sales rep to a customer. The same sales rep will now auto-populate when creating new Quotes or Orders for that customer.
5. BorderConnect Enhancements (Pro Tier)
For our cross-border carriers, we've made multiple updates to our BorderConnect integration to allow for "milk runs" with multiple PARS/PAPS numbers to be included on one trip as well as modifications to the shipper/receiver fields upon the ACE/ACI manifest review.
