We are excited to announce several new features and enhancements in Truckbase this week. These updates include the return of the ability to mark invoice statuses for orders invoiced outside of Truckbase, enhanced driver and equipment functionalities, and improvements to our rate confirmation extraction model.
1. Invoice Status Updates (Video)
You can now update invoice status directly from the order table.
We added a new invoice status "Invoiced Manually" to track which order's have been invoiced outside of Truckbase.
If an order was mistakenly marked as "Ready for Invoicing," users can now revert invoice status back to "Not Invoiced" directly from the Orders table.
2. Allow Drivers to Update Equipment Assignment (Video)
Admins can now enable a setting to allow drivers to edit or assign equipment for their trips. This feature gives drivers the ability to manage their assigned equipment directly on their trip, removing the burden from dispatchers to keep equipment information updated.

3. New AI Model for PDF Importer! (Video)
We are excited to introduce a new default model for extracting data from PDF rate confirmations, called Truckbase AI V2 Default. This new model offers improved performance and is capable of extracting data from various formats, even those that have not been specifically trained.
