Customer Access Program — Partner Expectations

Help shape what Trunk Tools builds next. The Customer Access Program connects selected customers with our Product team for early feedback, design validation, and product testing.

What the program is

Customer Access Partners join a trusted group of customers who are open to sharing practical, candid feedback at key moments in product development. Participation helps us build solutions that better reflect real workflows and customer needs.

This is a mutual commitment—not a legal agreement or a commitment to purchase.

What you receive

As a Customer Access Partner, you may receive:

  • Early visibility into concepts, designs, and upcoming capabilities

  • A direct voice in shaping product direction and user experience

  • Early-access opportunities to test relevant features before broader release

  • Recognition or participation incentives when offered for a specific initiative

Participation does not guarantee that every suggestion will be implemented, that a feature will launch, or that a specific timeline will be met. We will be transparent about decisions and constraints whenever possible.

What we ask of you

When invited to an opportunity that fits your role and experience, we ask that you:

  • Respond to confirm if you can participate

  • Provide honest, specific, and constructive feedback

  • Attend agreed sessions or give advance notice if plans change

  • Test agreed workflows or features within the stated evaluation window

  • Complete short surveys or check-ins when requested

  • Share enough context for us to understand your workflow, goals, and constraints

How participation works

  1. You opt in. Joining the program means you are open to being contacted; it does not require you to accept every opportunity.

  2. We match thoughtfully. We contact you only when your role, workflow, or product usage is relevant to an initiative.

  3. You receive a clear request. Each invitation will explain the topic, format, estimated time, and requested follow-up.

  4. You choose whether to participate. You can accept or decline based on your interest and availability.

  5. We close the loop. When practical, we will share what we learned, what happens next, or why we chose a different direction.

Typical ways to participate

Depending on the initiative, participation may include:

  • A 30–60 minute discovery or feedback conversation

  • Reviewing a concept or design

  • Testing an early product experience

  • Participating in an onboarding or pilot

  • Completing brief in-product surveys or 30/60/90-day check-ins

  • Providing feedback through recorded customer conversations

Exact expectations will always be defined in the invitation for that initiative.

Our commitment to you

We will:

  • Respect your time and avoid overlapping outreach from multiple Trunk Tools teams

  • Coordinate through your established account contacts when appropriate

  • Explain why your feedback is relevant and how it will be used

  • Make it easy to pause or leave the program at any time

Opting out

You may decline any individual request, pause participation, or leave the Customer Access Program at any time by contacting your Trunk Tools representative.
