TrunkBrowse: FAQ

Common questions about TrunkBrowse (beta) — what it shows, what it's built on, and access.

TrunkBrowse is currently in beta. Answers to the most common questions about it are below; features and availability may change as it develops.

1.) What is TrunkBrowse?

TrunkBrowse is the Browse tab on a drawing. Click any object on the sheet and its context opens right beside it, so you don't have to jump between documents to understand how one object relates to the rest of the project.

2.) What context does it show?

For the object you click: the schedule row, the spec section, related RFIs and submittals, and the sheets the schedule came from.

3.) What is it built on?

TrunkBrowse is the visual surface of the Cortex knowledge graph — the map of how all of your project documents connect. It's your entire project, connected visually.

4.) Is TrunkBrowse generally available?

Not yet — TrunkBrowse is currently in beta, so what you see may change as we continue to develop it.

5.) How do I get access to TrunkBrowse?

TrunkBrowse is turned on per account and is rolling out in beta. If you'd like access or have questions, reach out to your CSM.
