Who needs to decide or take action?
Each sales representative must ensure the migration of his client (old client using current prod. ALL new client are created in new prod).
This is a communication to old/current clients that are not in new prod.
What happens if we don’t have this?
Customers who are not migrated will stop receiving maintenance as of May 30, 2021.
