What is the flow builder?

It's a non-code platform where our clients will be able to design, iterate and launch their onboarding flows via WhatsApp, in a matter of minutes.

All the following features can be included in the construction of your customized flows through our flow builder:

Activate bot conversations

  • User initiated conversation = Inbound

  • Business initiated conversation = Outbound

Flows behaviour

  • Linear flows: it's a kind of flow where each step will continue with the next one without exception, if the step is success will continue with the next one, is a sequential execution.

  • Non-linear flows: it's a kind of flow where each step will continue according with a set of rules configured depending of its last information, usually are not sequential execution, they develop branches according to the user choices/responses.

Interactive messages

  • Open question: body mandatory, emojis 🚀, 1024 characters, written answer.

  • Buttons messages: max. 3 options, text only, 20 characters.

  • List options: max. 10 options, text only, 20 characters.

Media messages

Send and receive:

  • Images: JPG, JPEG, PNG

  • Documents: PDF

  • Video: MP4 (with H.264 video codec and AAC audio)

Outbound parameters

Send a personalized message.
e.g. Hi {{name}}, How are you? > The {{name}} parameter will be replaced with “John” when send the outbound.

Variables in messages
Stored values of previous steps that can be used in the text of following messages. e.g. Your discount code is {{Truora2022}}.

Exit conversation

The user is allowed to EXIT the flow without having finished it. Before the WA session is closed.
Appears at the beginning of all conversations and it is not configurable.

Re-engagement message

Remind the user to continue the current conversation after x mins of inactivity.

  • Setup 30min to 6h (300min)

  • Active session (within 48h)

  • Working hours

  • Message NOT customizable

Document retries

When a document is blurry or the information cannot be extracted, the user is allowed to retry up to 2 times. The number of retries is configurable.

Re-start flow

Currently it is not possible to restart the flow, for this we have to do it sending a new Inbound. e.g. RESTART.
