Validates that the document is real (meaning we can find it in government databases) and that it hasn't been manipulated by extracting information from a front and back picture.

Data Extraction
OCR (Optical Character Recognition): extracts the information from the document automatically.
Veracity verification and consistency of the information
Consistency of the data: validate the consistency of the data, we check:
Match between extracted data and data found in government databases (name, surname, date of birth).
The validity of the document is validated and if applicable we verify if the expiration date has passed.
Verify that the user is not a minor.
Fraud Model - Image Analysis: this model reviews the document and analyzes if there is any type of adulteration that represents fraud.
Fraud Model - Photocopy: this model checks that the image of the document is not a photocopy. And make sure it is a valid image.
Manual review: the manual review model is activated when the user wants to improve the success rate of his flow, that is affected by poor quality images or user errors, that could be validated with the human eye, even though the model rejects them.
Government validation: once the user ID information has been extracted from the document, it is validated in government databases.
