TryNow charges and closes an order once a return has been processed. At that point, authorization on the shopper’s card will drop and they’ll be charged for the items they kept. Depending on the bank, it can take up to 24-48 hours for the shopper’s statement to update. This may appear to the shopper as multiple charges, but you can assure them they have only been charged for kept items.
