What do the different billing statuses mean?
Updated over a week ago

On your billing summary page, you will see 3 statuses associated with your daily billing of TryNow fees. Here’s what each of them mean!

Charged: TryNow has debited your account for this amount via ACH. Because ACH takes a few days to clear, you would likely see this as a “pending” charge in your bank account

Success: This means that the ACH debit has cleared and you have paid TryNow accordingly for these fees

Failure: TryNow will refund any applicable TryNow fees if a shopper returns items post capture per your standard return policy. These refunds are applied to your Fee balance on the day they are issued. Occasionally due to refunds and lower order volume for TryNow fees, you may end up in a “Credit” situation where TryNow owes you money. We are unable to directly deposit money into your account, so the status will show as failure and that “Credit” will apply to the next day’s fees. Your next day’s total fees will be reduced by the amount of the credit when charged.
