TryNow is compatible with in-store pick-up. When a shopper places an order, our system assumes the shopper picks up the item on the same day as placing the order, and therefore the trial starts when the order is placed.
Note: TryNow is building more robust functionality that allows us to start the trial when the order is picked up rather than placed. This will be live in Q4 2023. If this functionality is important to you, please reach out to hello@trynow.io and we'll do our best to expedite this feature!
