Yes, you can choose your preferred delivery time slot to fit your schedule. We offer two time slots: 4 PM to 7 PM and 6 PM to 9 PM. You can select your preferred time slot when placing your order. Please choose the one that works best with your work or personal schedule. Additionally, you can modify your selected time slot after placing the order by following the steps outlined in your account's Deliveries section.
If you won't be available during your selected time slot on the delivery day, you can either modify the time slot through the Tsuklio My Page (if within the allowed time restrictions) and we'll try to adjust the delivery time within our capacity. You will also receive a notification shortly before the delivery, providing a more precise arrival time within your selected delivery window.
