■ The short answer
Payment for each delivery week is processed automatically on the Thursday right after the Wednesday 23:59 SGT order cutoff. A payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
■ How a Tsuklio "week" works
At Tsuklio, a delivery week runs Tuesday → the following Monday. Each week has its own cutoff (Wed 23:59 SGT) and its own charge (the following Thursday).
■ Example — the May 5 (Tue) – May 11 (Mon) delivery week
- Wed Apr 29, 23:59 SGT — Final cutoff to skip or change this week
- Thu Apr 30 — S$211 (Family – 3 Days) or S$149 (Small Home – 3 Days) charged to your registered card
- Tue May 5 – Mon May 11 — Your meals are delivered on the day you selected within this range
■ If two charges appear close together
If you have deliveries in two consecutive weeks, you will see two charges roughly 7 days apart. Each charge corresponds to one delivery week and is not a duplicate.
■ If your payment fails
Please update your payment method by Thursday 12:00 noon SGT. If the issue is not resolved by then, your order for that week will be automatically cancelled — so we recommend acting as soon as you receive a failed payment notification.
