■ The short answer
You can change your delivery date or time for free up until Wednesday
23:59 SGT of the week before your delivery week starts.
■ Which Wednesday applies to my delivery?
At Tsuklio, a delivery week runs Tuesday → the following Monday. The
deadline is the Wednesday just before that Tuesday — not the Wednesday
before your specific delivery day.
Example: A delivery on Sunday May 10 belongs to the May 5 (Tue) – May 11
(Mon) week, so its deadline is Wednesday April 29, 23:59 SGT — not
Wednesday May 6.
■ Where to make the change
Log in to My Page (https://order-sg.tsuklio.com/login) → Deliveries
→ tap on the relevant week → adjust the date or time slot (e.g. 4–7 PM
or 6–9 PM).
■ After the deadline
Once Wednesday 23:59 has passed, ingredient procurement begins for that
week, and the date/time can no longer be changed. If something urgent
comes up, please email us at contact.sg@antway.co.jp and we'll do our
best to explore alternatives (e.g. redirecting to a friend's address).
