Error Code: 4612
​Error Description: Training Organisation Identifier and Name in combination donot match any RTO listed on TGA
​How to Fix: If your TOID (Training organisation Identifier) is less than10 characters then values of '0' will need to be inserted before your TOID tocreate a 10 character Identifier

NAT File: NAT60
Error Code: 3808
​Error Description: Duplicate records exist within this file
​How to Fix: This error occurs when a unit code/description appears morethan once in the NAT 60 file See AVETMISS ERROR: Duplicate Units

​Error Code: 3731
​Error Description: Invalid Prior Educational Achievement Identifier
​How to Fix: Field 'Prior Ed Flag' must not be blank

​Error Description: Invalid Commencing Program Identifier

​Error Code: 3211
​Error Description: Activity Start Date must not be after the Collection PeriodEnd Date How to Fix: Unit Enrolment - Field 'Start Date' must not be after thecollection period 'End Date'.

​Error Code: 3261
​Error Description: Delivery Mode Identifier must be 90 if Outcome Identifier -National is 51, 52 or 60
​How to Fix: Set the delivery mode to 90 - Not applicable - recognition ofprior learning/ recognition of current competency/ credit transfer'. This can be completed per student or in bulk, see How to Bulk Update Unit Enrolments

​Error Description: Duplicate enrolment records found for Client Identifier onTraining organisation delivery location identifier, Subject Identifier,Program Identifier, Activity Start Date
​How to Fix: The Learner should not be enrolled into multiple course offersfrom the same course where the unit start dates are identical.

​Error Code: 4651
​Error Description: Invalid Study Reason Identifier
​How to Fix: Field 'Study Reason' must not be blank.

NAT File: NAT130
​Error Code: 3241
​Error Description: Year Program Completed must be between 1900 and 9999
​How to Fix: Course Enrolment Field 'Year issued' must not be blank if allstudent unit enrolments have been completed.If the student withdrew from the course enrolment you willneed to check with NCVER if they want the withdrawal recorded. If NCVER donot want the withdrawal recorded then Client Course Enrolment Field 'ActualEnd Date' must be blank,

If the student has not completed all units, then the not yetcompleted units require outcome code in for for the export to collect that thestudent has not yet completed training.

​Error Code: 4006
​Error Description: Program Identifier must also exist in the Program file
​How to Fix: Field 'Qualification Issued' is 'ticked' then field'Commencing Course ID' must have a value of '3' or '4'.
