Before you begin:

It is important to learn about SDR Exports for your reporting requirements and processes:

  1. Learn about what is reported in the SDR and all the SDR Files

  2. If you have a significant number of international enrolments, we recommend learning more about Foreign Fees in SDR Export

Note:

  • This is NOT a step-by-step on how to set up for Course delivery.  The basics should already have been set up in Tuple before setting up for correct reporting for SDR.

  • The requirements change slightly depending on how you set up your Tuple database for correct reporting.

Set Up and Prepare

  1. Have all the basics set up in Tuple, such as Course Offers, Learners and Enrolment.

  2. IMPORTANT: Refer to the SDR Outline for guidance on specific Fields that are required when setting up the basics.  This is important as it will help with setting up for correct reporting for all your SDR courses.
