Compliance
This is an area that requires time, attention and constant referral. It is the responsibility of the Education Provider to stay up to date with reporting and compliance requirements and changes. Tuple has endeavoured to make this aspect as simple and easy as possible.
Please take your time to read through the various compliance requirements that may apply to your delivery.

1. Edit Course Enrolment Details
Step 1. Ensure that all compliant fields have been completed in Course Enrolment.
Go to relevant Learner profile
Under Enrolments select Action and then View Course Enrolment
In the Course Enrolment select Action and Edit.
Update relevant fields.
Save
Edit/update Unit Enrolment Details
Go to relevant Learner profile
Under Enrolments select Action and then View Unit Enrolments
You have two methods to update Unit Enrolments; Individually or in Bulk:
Individually
In the Unit row click underneath the heading Actions select the dropdown box
Select Edit
Update details
Save
Depending on your delivery you may need to update more fields. For more details on fields see CHE File Guidelines
Outcome Codes. It is important to select one of the Final Outcome Codes
Unit Enrolment Dates. The End Date (and Start Date if it hasn’t been updated) needs to be modified to reflect the actual end date of the Unit.
Bulk
Outcome Codes and Enrolment Dates can be updated in Bulk.
Select all relevant Unit Enrolments you wish to update by ticking the box on the left side
Select the Action dropdown on the bottom of the page
Select Update Unit Enrolment
Update key fields
Save
CONGRATULATIONS! You have completed all the essential setup steps for tuple and are ready to manage your students each day.
