Currently, credits cover final UGC content only, so we can't offer raw individual clips.

The reason for this is that raw footage (individual clips) can be re-edited in multiple ways for multiple videos. We want to ensure that the creator's content is not used for any other purposes than requested in the original brief. We are discussing with our creators what is the best protocol to approach this scenario in the future!

In the meantime, creators will always submit final UGC videos without any text overlays + music which is the ‘raw’ version for you to add additional elements, should you wish to take the content in a different direction. If you are unhappy with the content or have points for improvement, you are welcome to submit a revision request.
