Introduction
Customers can be your best salespeople. With product recommendations, you can show trustworthy suggestions in each review that potential buyers can find helpful to make their final decision.
Enable Recommendations
Recommendations are displayed below the reviewer's name and show whether or not the reviewer recommends the product to other users.
Click Widget on the menu
Under Product Page Widget, click Reviews List
Scroll to the bottom to find Review Listing Conversions
Find the option Show recommendations? and check the box
Customize the text:
Is Recommended Text - Enter the text you would
Not Recommended Text -
Click Save.
Customize the icon
From the Widget page, scroll down to Design
Click Colors
Find the section Others and click Icon Color to pick the color or type the HTML code
Click Save.
📝 Note: Icon color applies to the verified badges, recommendations, and votes.
