A Deck is made up of a series of square cards. You can customize the theme of your Deck easily from inside the Typeshare Deck editor.
Start by creating a Deck
Create a post by selecting "Deck" either from the home page or press the new post button.
Writing your Deck
Start by filling in the first card in the Deck. To add a new card, press the "Add Card" button in the bottom left, or press Command+Enter (Ctrl+Enter on windows).
β
If you use the "Add Card" button, you'll get to choose a preset layout for your Deck card.
Downloading your Deck
If you want to publish your Deck to your device, press the 3 dots in the top right corner, and select "Download Deck" then choose if you want a folder of PNG images or one PDF file.
Publishing/Scheduling your Deck
Publishing to Typeshare is included on all plans (Free, Pro, and Creator), but publishing to social platforms (X, Bluesky, Threads, and LinkedIn) is only available on our Pro and Creator plans.
When you are done writing, you can publish your Deck to the following destinations:
LinkedIn
Typeshare
X (Twitter)
Bluesky
Threads
Note: direct publishing requires you to connect to all of the selected destinations. If you haven't done that yet, you'll be prompted to do that now or you can that from Settings > Connections (this only takes a few seconds).
Press the Publish button in the top right corner.
Select the destinations you want to publish or schedule to (if you haven't connected a certain destination, you'll be prompted to here).
Preview each destination.
Press "Publish Now" to publish your Deck immediately or "Schedule" to pick a time to publish in the future.
Wait 24 hours
After you publish your Deck, wait 24 hours. This gives your post time to see how it performs with your audience on each published platform.
After 24 hours, your post will receive a Performance Score that indicates how well that post performed overall and on each published platform.
A high score = high performance and you should write more like this.
To view your posts performance score, scroll down on the Home page and click on the post under "Recently Published" or "Top Performers" if it was one of your top performers in the last week.
When you click on the post, you'll be able to see how well your post performed on each published platform.
There you go! Everything you need to write, publish, and see what content your audience is resonating with!
If you ever get stuck, you can contact support in the bottom right of Typeshare (and get connected with our resident Typeshare expert - Cait).
