Prepare your review file
Requirements for all upload files
You must use the .xlsx template that you download from Typsy
Don’t edit or delete the first row in your spreadsheet. During the import process, Typsy will match this to your monthly recommendations
All columns are mandatory and must be filled for a successful upload
Only reviews in English are processed - any other languages will not be uploaded
To upload guest reviews to ReviewLearn AI
1. Download reviews from your preferred review website
2. Go to ReviewLearn AI
3. Click Upload review data
4. Ensure that your template is set up correctly, then click Next.
5. Select a file or drag and drop it into the field on Typsy, then click Submit.
Uploads can take a few minutes to complete, so you can click away and continue using Typsy while they process. You'll receive an email notification once the upload is complete.
Once uploaded, ReviewLearn AI will analyze your reviews and generate training recommendations tailored to your business needs.
Typsy tip:
Upload last month’s reviews at the start of each new month to stay proactive. This ensures you can take timely action on training and help prevent recurring negative reviews.
