There are a variety of statuses your member's can have within your account. Explore what each means below or head to the Member status report to see which statuses your member can have.

Licensed members

Members who consume a license. Any member appearing under the Member list (Account -> Members) is licensed regardless of invitation status. The only members that are not licensed are those who have a status of 'Departed'.

Active members

Members who have started watching a lesson and have an account status of licensed.

Engaged members

Members who have watched at least 3 minutes of content in the past 30 days and have an account status of licensed.

Disengaged members

Members who have started watching a lesson at least once, have an account status of licensed and have not watched at least 3 minutes of content in the last 30 days.

Never logged in

Members who have been invited, have an account status of licensed and have never logged in.

Invitation pending

Members who have been sent a Typsy invite but have not accepted it (and have an account status of licensed).

Inactive members

Members who have accepted their invitation, have never watched a lesson and have an account status of licensed.

Members whose emails have 'bounced'

Members who have been unable to receive Typsy emails. This can happen for many reasons, but it is usually because a SPAM or JUNK email filter has prevented delivery. We also recommend you check the email address's spelling in case of a spelling error.

Departed members

Members who are no longer part of your organization and do not consume a license.

Auto Depart members

Members who will automatically be departed from your account as part of your auto depart settings. Once departed, these members will no longer be part of your organization and will not consume a licence.

Typsy tip:

We recommend your invite acceptance is above 75% before sending out your first training item. Check your invite acceptance rate here.

To increase your invite acceptance rate, keep encouraging your members to accept their Typsy invitations. Remember you can re-send invites to any pending members here.
