To reactivate a departed member:
1. Login to your account and go to your Managers site.
2. Go to 'Account' and click 'Members'.
3. From the 'Actions' menu, select 'View departed members'.
4. Select the member you would like to reactivate.
5. On the 'Details' tab, click 'Edit' on the member's profile.
6. Scroll down until you see Member account status. Change the dropdown menu item from 'Departed' to 'Licensed'.
If the member never accepted their initial Typsy invite email, you can opt to resend one here.
Currently, Typsy does not remember the venue, team, and job role a member had before they were departed from your account. You will need to reapply these while editing the member's status.
7. Click 'Save'.
